The Stormy Ray Cardholder's Foundation presents the U People Medical Marijuana Awareness Blitz Raffle to win THAT bong! Tickets are $3 each or 4 for 10$! The raffle drawing begins at 6 PM March 13th 2015 at 420ville in Ontario Oregon. You do not need to be present to win. For more information call the SRCF helpline at show contact info
